    So am I happy that I live in the Netherlands (even though, as everywhere, there’s some corruption here too) yes.

    So basically, the government is owned by the big banks and big corporations.
    In china, the government OWNS the big banks and many big corporations.

    So basically, china = largely communism, USA = largely a corporatocracy (or corpocracy), basically a fake democracy where the government doesn’t serve the people, but big corp.

    Both types of government are imbalanced.

    @dEdGrimley It is a …
    @dEdGrimley It is a hard job to properly manage a multibillion dollar corporattion. It becomes easier if you can simply disregard things like longterm viability and environmental hazards and that kind of thing.

    And if you concentrate on short term profit at the cost of long term viability, it is not hard at all. All you have to do is fire all thos guys at research and development, move production to China, collect your bonus and GTFO before the whole company collapses.

  9. dangerouslytalented Says:

    @TitoIsTheGreatest …
    @TitoIsTheGreatest Hell, they don’t want regulations that are GOOD for the banks, the ones that stop banks from making horrible loans and securitising them into horrible dirivitivves and selling them on to pension funds in order to boost short term profits at the cost of long term viability.

    This is no longer about corporate profits, it is about executive pay and bonuses.

    @Jeanluck1 Ron Paul …
    @Jeanluck1 Ron Paul has no need to take one dollar off of banks or the military…All of his campaign and otherwise money comes from big business and corporations that just hate regulations government has in place, that for instance prevent them to spill cancerous poisons in your food, water and air…And even if he is for banning of lobbyists in Washington, it’s still just a moot point.

    @TheHobgoblyn I didn’t say “we would treat them like royalties” you imbecile. Chechnya wouldn’t allow it to happen. We would let those rats in Chechnya. And once again, even tho I’m sick and tired of keep repeating myself, but I’ll still say it one more time for special idiots like you: Chechnya is NOT A COUNTRY you retarded son of a bitch..

  13. TheHobgoblyn Says:

    @marcetclaude Are …
    @marcetclaude Are you a result of the Chechnya educational system? Because, if so, you are a greater insult to your country than anything Cenk said.
    First you said you’d treat them like royalty then that they wouldn’t sneak in. You can’t even form a coherent thought.
    The question is– if some ultra wealthy banker went to Chechnya and said “we crashed the world economy. Can we continue to make billions by running yours?” would your country say “yes”? If not, Cenk was right.
